The awards

The International Hairdressing Awards® is a photographic competition of hairdressing works created with the aim of recognising the best hairdressers in the world, while at the same time awakening new vocations, discovering new talents and giving the best international professionals the prominence they deserve.

International Hairdressing Awards® will be the most rigorous, serious, impartial and transparent awards in the industry and aims to recognise the best hairdressers worldwide. They have been conceived with the aim of adding and being complementary to everything that already exists.

Eight Categories

• Best International Men's Commercial Collection: Commercial hairdressing works on male models
• Best International Women's Commercial Collection: Commercial hairdressing works on female models
• Best International Avant-Garde Collection Creative, artistic, fantasy or catwalk items for male and/or female models
• International Artistic Team of the Year: The best annual career of an artistic team.
• International Hairdresser of the Year: The best annual career of an individual hairdresser.
• International Hair Legend of the Year: An award granted to a lifetime of dedication to our profession.
• International Hair Influencer of the Year: An award granted to the greatest dissemination in social networks of our profession.
• International Film & TV Hairdresser of the Year

The Jury Panel

A different panel of judges is chosen every year, neutral and exclusively comprised of five hairdressers of international renown.

The Jury Panel will be selected by the organising committee of the International Hairdressing Awards® and the selection criteria will recruit top-level, renowned international professionals unrelated to the International Hairdressing Awards® or sponsoring brands, in order to reinforce its credibility and neutrality when awarding the prizes.
